ZFX Development Enterprise's CEO and principal systems designer is Denise Vincini. Educated in Eastern Europe she now resides in Australia and has earned several accolades in developing intuitive automated systems for the Forex, Commodities and Index communities. Denise's first investments started with Italian stocks in 1989 with excellent success after founding and managing an very successful manufacturing business. Denise advanced into geared derivatives with mixed success due to fear and just a bit of greed which drove her desire to programme her own trading plans into fully automated systems.

Since that time and in her manufacturing career, she developed a passion for new innovative technologies and business improvements leading to the need to create automated systems using intraday and longer-term timeframes. In 2007 Denise commenced working with other system and indicator developers because off-the-shelf indicators simply did not work so she created and expanded her own custom indicators into every system with striking success. In 2009 Denise further expanded her knowledge in the pursuit of excellence in automated systems by utilising remote virtual platforms to improve performance and reliability.

To this day, Denise continues to work with world renowned programmers and indicator developers with excellent success and directs a global team of program analysts who create new advanced random logic programs combining fundamental and technical analysis. Several automated systems can be made available under agreement to private clients and trading groups who then apply these systems in the largest and most liquid markets available. Denise has been appointed advisory systems analyst to several corporations and private organisations providing performance improvement advice and real time trade validation research.

Denise received a diploma in Financial Services in 2005 from AFMA, Australia and has a Management Hospitality Diploma from the Slovak Republic. She lives at Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast of Australia with her two teenage daughters, enjoying the sun, sand, and warm-weather lifestyle.

Clara Yang
Director Sales, Asia

Clara has had a passion for finance and investment which started from a very young age after she commenced playing the game "Monopoly". She started investing in US stocks in late 1987 and the stock market crash and has enjoyed excellent investment returns over the years. In 2005, Clara started to be mentored by professional traders in Indices, Options and Commodities and since that time has worked as a professional trader and trainer for Asian traders in the U.S.

Clara applies her research and technical skills to deliver improved trading performance. She is an avid user of several trading indicators and systems but found the time needed to commit to manual trading excessive and extremely tiresome, so Clara searched for automated alternatives and was introduced to the ZFX strategies and totally fall in love with these automated systems because they were low maintenance and very profitable. Her passion for everything Wall Street consistanly motivates her to become a better trader and in turn a better trainer. She loves nothing more than to see her students' trading performance improve over time and then explode.

In early 2011, Clara joined the ZFX business and is excited to be part of this dynamic team. She hopes to share ZFX's systems with as many traders as possible who have the same passion and burning desire to suceed. Clara speaks fluent Mandarin, Cantonese, English as well as basic Japanese languages to support the growing number of traders and seminars held in Asia.

Clara resides mainly in Hong Kong after receiving her MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University, USA.

Geoff Jenkins
System Analyst & Web Designer

Geoff meet Denise in the late 90’s and commenced system testing and later website development in 2006. Geoff has been trading stocks and commodities since the early 80’s with a primary focus on stocks and futures. Since 2000, Geoff has focused his efforts in futures and forex markets. He is a relentless system tester, researcher and strategy user in both simulated and live trading platforms and loves to apply his engineering and training to improve his trading. Additionally Geoff is regarded as an expert in cycle market analysis linked to market lows and highs.

Geoff undertakes research in local and remote operating platform systems and works from first principles to develop trading ideas and strategies which ATS integrate into automated systems. Although trading is his second career, Geoff continues his first love in mechanical engineering and web development. His background includes extensive training in system and platform reliability, system performance measurement, cycle analysis and repeatability analyses over the short term being days into the long term, being months and years.

David Coyle
Director Information Technology & Events

David has been actively trading Stocks, Futures, Forex and Derivatives since 2003. Having served as an Engineering Officer in the military for more than twenty years, his approach to his trading activities is risk based, systematic and disciplined. David first met Denise in 2005 and they have worked closely on a number of trading strategies over the years. In recent years he has been working to improve money management position sizing as well as trading strategy optimisation and performance improvement.

 David has embraced several automated trading strategies that Denise has developed in recent years, and has been achieving consistent returns without the need to spend large amounts of time managing open positions. The automated trading methodologies enable him to continue pursuing his family (and business) activities whilst consistently drawing an income from the markets. David is keen to see other motivated traders benefit from Denise's trading strategies and has been working closely to establish relationships with reputable Australian Financial Service providers who are able to offer automated trading platforms to their clients.
